Freshman Student Captivates at Talent Show

“I felt excited yet nervous, but once I got on the stage I felt a positive vibe.”
These were the words of one student who impressed everyone with her performance at at the Homecoming Talent Show. On Friday September 20th, Red Cloud High School had their talent show after the Homecoming parade.
One freshman student by the name of Maioha Kingi blew the audience away with her performance. She sang "Stand By Me" by Ben E. King. A lot of people were very surprised by her performance. “She has an amazing voice, and she is very inspiring,” said one student.
Maioha has many talents. One of her very best talents is her voice, and another talent that stands out about her is that she is able to play the ukulele. Maioha loves to sing and learn new songs on the ukulele. “I felt accomplished and thankful that I had the opportunity to perform,” stated Kingi.
